GLAM OR FANTASY? NORVINA EYE SHADOW PALETTE FROM ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS.

Anastasia Beverly Hills has launched a new palette and it's giving me "glam girl" tease. The Norvia Eyeshadow Palette has 14 stylish colors. 7 mattes, 3 metallics, and 3 chrome shades. Before we dig into this palette let's talk about the packaging.

The packaging is the same as the other ABH palettes but the Norvina palette is color in lavender. When you open this palette, the top row is metallic/shimmer shades and the bottom row is straight up mattes. I'm really intrigued by the colors we have various of transitions shades because in some palettes its very hard to find your transition shade especially if you're a chocolate sister like me. I can do a lot of fabulous looks with this palette. I can do really drag queen with a nice cut crease or do a simple natural look with put the shimmer colors in the inner corner of my eyes to pop my eyes more or give you a halo eye with a dramatic wing. The colors are very deep tone so I'll use this palette for evening looks on when I'm going out for drinks or a night of partying or a fabulous date. I definitely don't see myself wearing this for daytime unless I'm feeling dark and grunge.

This palette is priced at $42 and for a beginner, I wouldn't recommend because it is pricey and you can find other alternatives that have more shade range and very affordable. (GO CHECK OUT BH COSMETICS), but if you are a fan of ABH and you bought the Modern Renaissance and Soft Glam palettes and you enjoy them, then do you booboo!

SCORE & THOUGHTS

I'll give this palette a 3.9 out of 5 because I'm not really GAGA for this palette which is very rare coming from ABH. They do have really nice palettes and you can do various eye looks. It's great that I have 7 shades of mattes I can choose from and don't have to use the shimmer shades. Plus I don't have to use shimmer shades of my eyes only I can also highlight my faces which I love. I do adore that they put the name of the shades inside of the palette instead of the back. The cons about this palette are that I don't feel like I need this palette, don't get me wrong it can definitely be added to the collection but its a palette I'm not GAGA for which is rare because I do enjoy the Soft Glam and Modern Renaissance palette that they have. It's something I won't really reach as my go-to.
